Busy Week - not much riding

My son graduates from high school on Friday and my sister had a baby girl on Sunday. I am so happy for both of them! What a funny comparison; my son is starting his new life, college in the fall and my new neice is starting her new life, from the beginning. It's an exciting week, but there hasn't been time for riding. Maybe I can sneek in a short ride today or tomorrow.

I forgot how to post the pictures! I'll have to ask one of my kids for help.
The babies name is Emma, born Sunday June 1st at 9:41am,
9 lbs 4 oz's! I had bragging rights having delivered Marissa completely natural (no drugs, epiderals etc) @ 7 lbs 12 oz. Not anymore! Emma came too fast for any of that stuff! Doreen and Emma are both doing great, Emma looks just like her Daddy. Infact so much that you have to wonder if Doreen really had anything to do with the birth at all? I think she might argue that she did!

First: congrats to son and sister!! Woo-hooo!

Posting pics to your blog: there are icons above the box where you type the text of your entry, and one of them is for uploading pictures. Clicking will bring up a new dialogue box with instructions for uploading pics.

I have read that babies are designed to look like their father's at birth, sort of a built in opportunity for father's to bond and for that particular fatherhood to be confirmed. We always know for sure who the mother is, but there can be a question about the father. Interesting concept, and one I've seen in other children.

More than you ever wanted to know, eh? *g*
